5th Annual Career Networking Forum

(Greenwich, CT – February 8, 2008) Alumni and students from Greenwich Academy and Brunswick School gathered at Brunswick's Maher Avenue Campus in January at the 5th Annual Career Networking Forum. Keynote speaker and Academy alumna Haley Rockwell Elmlinger, president and CEO of Chronogram Corporation, gave a compelling speech covering career-building strategies such as doing proper research thorough networking and the importance of being realistic about one's strengths and objectives. Haley Elmlinger also discussed the pros and cons of changing career paths, the importance of work/life balance, and how ever-changing technology trends impact that balance.

Participants also had an opportunity to attend panel discussions led by pairs of Brunswick and GA alums in professional areas such as career mentorship, entrepreneurship, finance, journalism, marketing, medicine, real estate and science.
